Mentoring

Lead: Mrs A Hutson

In 2018, we consulted widely with our members regarding the strategic direction of the Association. One of the over-arching themes arising from this consultation was a desire for increased support for and by colleagues. In answer to this need, we will be setting up a mentoring scheme available to members at all levels.

These one-hour workshops give introductory training on how to be a mentor/mentee.
