Drinks reception
Complimentary with your registration

Join us for a complimentary drinks reception to close the first day of the congress, Wednesday the 29th November. 

If you are a trainee looking for opportunities for fellowships, this event is a great chance to chat informally to fellowship directors from around the UK.

Association Dinner

 

Our Association dinner is taking place on the Thursday evening of congress. This year the event is extremely busy, and is almost sold out- If you would like to request a ticket, please email gemma.adlington@bapras.org.uk at your earliest convenience, and if a ticket is available one of the team will be in touch

Refund policy

Notification of cancellation should be made in writing, by letter or e-mail, to the BAPRAS Secretariat- secretariat@bapras.org.uk . Requests for refund will be accepted according to the postmark date or the date received by e-mail.

 

Cancellations received

Up to 14 days prior to a meeting full refund less 10% admin charge.

Less than 14 days prior to the meeting 50% refund of registration fees.

Delegates requesting a refund must notify the secretariat within 24 hours of the close of the conference. No refunds will be given after this time.

In the event of the Association cancelling a meeting a full refund will be given.
