Refund policy

Notification of cancellation should be made in writing, by letter or e-mail, to the BAPRAS Secretariat. Requests for refund will be accepted according to the postmark date or the date received by e-mail.

 

Cancellations received

Up to 14 days prior to a meeting full refund less 10% admin charge.

Less than 14 days prior to the meeting 50% refund of registration fees.

Delegates requesting a refund must notify the secretariat within 24 hours of the close of the conference. No refunds will be given after this time.

In the event of the Association cancelling a meeting a full refund will be given.
